We Love Your Pets as Much as You Do.

Our community is pet friendly and have pet cleanup stations throughout the property for resident use. We love to see our furry residents!

We welcome your companions at Walnut Creek! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with a maximum weight of 50 lbs per pet. Pet fees include a $350 one-time pet fee, plus monthly rent of $35. Please reach out to us for breed restrictions. 

Leasing Fees

Application Fee: $35/applicant*
Administrative Fee: $150* due after approval

*Non-refundable

Leasing Requirements

We require 2.5x the monthly rental amount and the following:

  • Rental history verification
  • Credit & Background check
  • No evictions in past 2 years
