Starting with the one and two-bedrooms that range between 706 and 1,080 square feet and ending with the expansive 3 bedroom apartments in Kokomo that span 1,062 square feet, all our units were carefully crafted to cater to your wants and needs. Our community is pet friendly and have pet cleanup stations throughout the property for resident use. We love to see our furry residents!

We welcome your companions at Walnut Creek! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment with a maximum weight of 50 lbs per pet. Pet fees include a $350 one-time pet fee, plus monthly rent of $35. Please reach out to us for breed restrictions.

Application Fee: $35/applicant*
Administrative Fee: $150* due after approval

Leasing Requirements

We require 2.5x the monthly rental amount and the following:

  • Rental history verification
  • Credit & Background check
  • No evictions in past 2 years
